The hot water circulation system at the Kailai Hotel originally used a two-way flange-type scale remover, but its performance was not satisfactory; scaling occurred severely in various parts of the system, which led to increased energy consumption by the boiler and reduced thermal efficiency. It was necessary to regularly clean equipment such as boilers, water tanks, heat exchangers, and pipes. After thorough comparison and evaluation by the hotel, it was decided to use our company’s frequency-sweeping electronic scale prevention system in place of the original two-way flange-type scale remover. After thoroughly cleaning the entire pipeline in April 2020, our company installed a set of LightRain Environmental JBBSP-B electronic descaling devices at both the inlet end of the circulating water pipeline and the outlet end of the hot water tank. After three and a half months of use, the results were satisfactory – no new scale formation occurred. Through this application in the hot water boiler circulation system, a foundation was laid for the use of electromagnetic frequency-scanning descaling devices in such systems.
