Compared with traditional high-temperature and high-pressure generator units, the thermal efficiency of the entire plant has increased by more than 23%, and the power generation per ton of coke has increased by 300 kilowatt-hour, the annual power supply increases by 600 million kilowatt-hours, improves the company's self-generation rate, reduces power grid purchases, reduces coke production costs by more than 150 yuan per ton, reduces carbon dioxide emissions by about 470,000 tons per year, and reduces calorific value emissions, creating profits and revenue for the company, and achieving significant results in energy conservation and cost reduction.
