Scaling problem in diammonium phosphate granulators

The workshop has been operating normally for several years now. After this year’s end-of-year maintenance, scabs never appeared on the inner walls; instead, a layer about one meter thick formed along those walls, and no granules were created. Even after some minor adjustments were made to restore things to their previous state, the situation remained the same. I don’t know what’s going on – the operating procedures haven’t changed at all. The only difference is that the amount of sulfur trioxide in the acid is slightly higher than before. I hope someone experienced can explain why this is happening
It would be best to send a photo for review. There are many reasons for scarring inside the granulator; it might be advisable to take some of the scurred material for analysis
