The total investment in the project is 2 billion yuan. A new aerospace-scale super-large pulverized coal gasifier has been installed, along with an oxygen separation unit capable of producing 86,000 Nm3/h of oxygen, as well as ammonia synthesis and purification facilities. This setup boasts advanced process technologies, energy-efficient and high-performance equipment, and intelligent production operations. Upon completion of the project, it will be possible to produce 800,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year, with an additional 1.4 million tons of urea capacity being added. The cost per ton of ammonia will be the lowest in the industry, which will undoubtedly provide strong support for the higher-quality development of the enterprise. On July 17, a review meeting was held for the basic design of Phase III powder coal gasification at Ruinyin Chemicals of Rising Star Group, as well as the \"Space-based Ultra-large Scale Powder Coal Gasification Project Demonstration Project\". According to news from July 4, Air Liquide has successfully secured a contract for large-scale air separation equipment with Shandong Runyin Biochemical Co., Ltd. It will supply a set of air separation units with a capacity of 86,000 Nm3/h to Runyin Chemical’s Phase III powder coal gasification project and its aerospace-related large-scale powder coal gasification demonstration project, providing the necessary oxygen, nitrogen, and argon products. The first two gasification projects of Shandong Runyin Chemical Company, a subsidiary of Rising Group, prior to Phase III: the first phase’s coal gasification project had a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan and was put into operation in 2012, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of urea. The 35,000 Nm3/h air separation unit (from Tokyo) associated with this first-phase project successfully produced qualified oxygen and nitrogen products ； The investment in the Phase II powder coal gasification project amounted to 2.6 billion yuan; it was completed and put into operation in 2017, with an annual urea production capacity of 3 million tons. The air separation unit with a capacity of 60,000 Nm3/h supplied for this Phase II project (manufactured by Hangyang) successfully produced high-quality oxygen and nitrogen products.
