On the morning of August 27, the handover ceremony for this demolition project was held in the conference room of the on-site office building; our company and the client signed the relevant documents, marking the official transfer of this demolition task. That morning, the person in charge of the company’s demolition project in Dazhou accompanied the property owner and staff from relevant local government departments to the site first, where they inspected the status of the demolition of equipment and factories in the area as well as the condition of the land after grading. Upon zone-by-zone inspection, the Qiluda State Fertilizer Branch meets the standards for industrial land after demolition, and is thus eligible for handover. With the successful handover of the Dazhou demolition project, all management personnel from the company’s project team will withdraw on August 29.
