On November 12, the construction site of the ammonia and alcohol project in the Tianjiahe area of the Yaojiagang Chemical Park was bustling with activity. At present, work is being carried out around the clock to level the site; 70 excavators, 150 dump trucks, and 30 bulldozers are being used simultaneously. As a key project of the group, the amino alcohol project has received great attention from the group’s Party committee. It is reported that the Clean Coal Pressurized Gasification Multi-product Production Technology Upgrade and Relocation Project of Hubei Xinyi Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as the ammonia and methanol project) is the key project for the complete relocation of the Yihua Group’s Xiaoting Industrial Park to the Tianjiahe area of the Yaojiagang Chemical Park. With an annual production capacity of 550,000 tons, this facility supplies liquid ammonia and methanol as raw materials for downstream phosphorus fertilizer plants and polyol production facilities. The project adopts world-leading multi-nozzle opposed water-coal slurry pressurized gasification technology, isothermal shift technology, integrated low-temperature methanol washing desulfurization and decarbonization technology, and Swiss Cassali low-pressure synthesis technology, with imported equipment used for the core units. Once the project is completed and put into operation, it will further enhance the competitiveness of the industry, providing strong new impetus for the continuous deepening of the enterprise’s reform and development.
