On January 13, Hangyang Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Taiyuan Hangyang, participated in the bidding for the assets and liabilities associated with Yangmei Taohua’s 55,200 Nm3/h air separation unit. Recently, Taiyuan Hangyang received a \"Notice of Agreement Completion\" issued by Shanxi Provincial Property Rights Trading Market Co., Ltd. According to this notice, Taiyuan Hangyang has become the ultimate purchaser of the aforementioned assets, with the transaction price amounting to 450 million yuan (excluding taxes). The two parties have reached an agreement regarding the transfer of assets and gas supply services; as of the date of this announcement, they have signed the Asset Transfer Contract and the Gas Supply Contract. Upon completion of the asset transfer, Taiyuan Hangyang will be responsible for operating the 55,200 Nm3/h air separation unit to supply the industrial gases required for Yangquan Coal Chemical’s production. The start date of gas supply shall be the delivery date specified in the Asset Transfer Contract signed by both parties, and the contractually stipulated supply period shall end on the twentieth anniversary from that start date. Hangyang Co., Ltd. stated that the acquisition and operation of the aforementioned air separation assets by Taiyuan Hangyang, along with the gas supply services provided by Yangquan Coal Chemical Industry, will have a positive impact on the company’s expansion of its gas business operations. This is in line with the company’s strategic development direction and long-term interests.
