As of December 31, 2021, Yueneng Chemical had produced a total of 1.8567 million tons of polyolefin products, achieving 107.32% of its annual target, thus making a positive contribution to the stable growth of the group company. In 2021, Yueneng Chemical Company adhered to a strategy of making progress while maintaining stability, focusing on key tasks such as production and operation, safety and environmental protection, rectification of equipment issues, and efforts to achieve full capacity and compliance with standards. By concentrating on its annual production goals and aiming for stable, efficient, and optimal operation of its facilities, the company made concerted efforts to overcome challenges, improved production management, and saw a continuous rise in the efficiency of its operations. Overall, production showed a trend of steady progress, with improvements in quality and better performance over time. Over the past year, the company has made full use of the advantages offered by the interconnection between the two phases of the production facilities. This has not only enabled the facilities to operate more efficiently with reduced energy consumption, but also ensured that the yields of key units such as DCC and DMTO were among the best in the industry. All the projects related to improving performance have been brought up to standard. Additionally, by optimizing the distribution of DCC dry gas, hydrogen-rich gas, and raw material gas, the operating efficiency of the methanol production facilities has been further improved ； Through technical upgrades and maintenance of the DCC unit, the bottleneck issues that hindered its long-term safe and stable operation were completely resolved. At the same time, by making rational use of the maintenance and remediation periods associated with DCC equipment, efforts were continued in product development; 13 new products were developed and produced, making the company the only one in Shaanxi Province and even in the Northwest region capable of manufacturing high-end EVA products.
