Precise adjustments are made based on the dynamics of the furnace operation, ensuring stable operating conditions and controlled parameters. Next, the gasification workshop will continue to closely monitor the operating conditions, collect data comprehensively, summarize experience, and optimize the processes, striving to ensure the successful completion of the trial run and contributing to the company’s high-quality development through practical actions and results. Shanxi Xifenghang Chemical Company’s No. 1 ammonia synthesis plant uses 4 φ3000 pure oxygen gas generation furnaces, replacing the original 5 φ2610 atmospheric pressure batch fixed-bed gas generation furnaces. The 2# gasification system uses 5 φ3600 micro-pressure pure oxygen gasifiers to replace the existing 10 φ2650 fixed-bed batch gasifiers.
