Date: 2020-09-13 Clicks: 8 In accordance with the company’s annual overhaul plan, this annual overhaul focuses on carrying out maintenance work with the inspection of the gasification furnace, the renovation of the conversion unit (installation of E04101A, removal of the oxygenator and pre-conversion furnace, replacement of the original No. 1 conversion furnace with a new one along with related piping), and the maintenance of the air separation MAN unit as the key control points. As of 17:00 on September 11, 2020, the progress of the above maintenance tasks is as follows: I. Maintenance tasks inside the gasifier – All the pins that needed to be replaced in the gasifier’s furnace have been welded in place ； The quenching platform is replacing the horizontal pipes; 46 of them have been replaced so far, with another 17 to be removed and replaced later ； The water wall tubes that have been thinned and cut out from the gas pipeline are undergoing seal welding ； The coiled tubes removed from the lower part of the SGC cross hanger are in the process of restoration (the second and sixth coils have been sealed and welded; one coil from the first ring remains to be welded) ； The three-way valves have been restored for burners 2# and 4#. Cross hanger and lower coil: Sealing welding of the sixth coil layer at the bottom of the cross hanger has been completed. II. Transformation project for the conversion unit: Pipelines of the old and new gas preheaters E04101A and E04101 ； Welding of the outlet pipeline for the new First Transformation Furnace in progress ； Welding of the new pre-transformer inlet pipe in progress. Gas preheater E04101: pipe replacement. III. Maintenance tasks for the main air compressor unit in the air separation plant: The clearance of the turbine in the MAN unit has been measured, and it is ready to have the newly replaced rotor reinstalled ； The diffusers at each stage and the inlet cover of the new volute for the nitrogen cycle compressor have been reinstalled.
