For our project’s dust collector, there are six inlet pneumatic actuators and three outlet pneumatic actuators, all with a diameter of around DN300. Can we use a three-way valve for them?
Cylinder actuators of DN300 can share the same triple union, but this depends on the actual working pressure and flow requirements. If there is no strict requirement for synchronization in the operation of multiple pneumatic actuators, and the flow rate and pressure of the triple unit can meet the needs of operating these cylinders simultaneously, then they can be used together. However, in general, to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the actions, it is recommended to equip each cylinder with a solenoid valve and the corresponding triple union.
