Help: Which institution in China possesses the technology for producing acid through aldehyde oxidation?

As the title suggests, I would like to know which domestic company possesses the technology for oxidizing aldehydes to produce acids – for example, oxidizing propionaldehyde to propionic acid, or butyraldehyde to butyric acid. Thank you!
Do you mean there are devices that can be used for production, or do you need to find someone to design the project?

We have previously worked together on projects related to the purification of propionaldehyde, as well as the conversion of propionaldehyde into propanol. We have also conducted research on the oxidation of propionaldehyde to propionic acid. There is very little research on this topic in China, as only a few companies have the capability to produce propionaldehyde as a raw material.
May I ask which domestic design institute has designed devices similar to those for aldehyde oxidation, or which ones has extensive experience in designing devices related to fatty acids?
