This probably requires skill from a skilled person – has the stress calculation been done? Moreover, it’s hot water, so there will be stress concentration at the bottom; be careful, as the tank might tear. In my experience, leaks will occur at the welds. Calculate the static pressure column to see what the value is.

A vertical tank with a volume of nearly 100 m3 has insufficient rigidity due to its 3 mm wall thickness. If the number of reinforcement rings required to meet the rigidness requirements is too large, it is better to increase the wall thickness appropriately from the perspective of controlling manufacturing costs.
