Does anyone know how to measure the citrate content in liquids? The solution mainly contains sulfate ions, sulfite ions, and sodium ions
There is no such specialized measuring instrument. If a separate analyzer were designed for each type of acid anion, and there are hundreds of thousands of types of inorganic and organic acids, it would be impossible to design that many specialized detection instruments. If the component is based on citric acid, its acidity and impurities can be detected. If it is a mixed composition, it can be analyzed using ion chromatography or liquid chromatography.
