A new silicone oil option is available in the Yokogawa EJA-118E series – what are the differences for high vacuum applications?

Previously, there was no option for high vacuum conditions; high-temperature silicone oil and ordinary silicone oil were essentially the differences between Silicone Oil 200 and Silicone Oil 704. So what’s special about this high-vacuum silicone oil? Is it some kind of special silicone oil? Do silicone oils respond differently under pressure compared to vacuum? Is there anyone expert who can explain it?

Why doesn’t the original poster go and check those corresponding notes? What you are referring to is probably the new product in the E series, the one that uses diaphragm-sealed fittings.

Last time, Yokogawa introduced a pressure transmitter without a filling fluid; it is not available in China and must be imported.
I would like to ask, since the capillaries are quite small, what viscosity is generally suitable for silicone oil?
