The diagram on the solenoid valve shows the air inlet and outlet according to the arrow indicators on the wires. To trigger the operation, a screwdriver can be inserted into the coil; if power is supplied to the coil of the solenoid, the screwdriver will be attracted to it.
How is that manual conversion achieved? What’s the principle behind it, and what is its working process?
Explaining solenoid valve diagrams online isn’t something that can be done in just a few words. Manual buttons are generally used for testing; I have taken apart several of them in the past. It operates by manually pushing the valve core and directly connecting the inlet and outlet. I’m not sure if this explanation will make it clear.
The internal structure of the solenoid valve consists of a spring that controls the intake and exhaust of air; when the manual button is pressed, the spring moves and the air flow path changes.
