In the past, when loading in tank areas, some used upper loading ports (the loading port was located at the top of the tank vehicle, with the piping used for loading on a secondary platform), while others used lower loading ports (the loading port was at the bottom of the tank vehicle, with the piping for loading on the ground). Now, lower loading ports are required, so modifications are necessary. 2. In the past, the unloading of gasoline and diesel was done manually, without any shut-off valves or SIS systems; since the accident at Linyi Jinyu, modifications have become required. I just want to check if there are any that have already been renovated, so I can use them as a reference.
It’s actually just a batch controller. Each loading arm is controlled by a PLC. Interlocks for oil level, grounding, flow rate, etc. Enter the amount to be pumped on the control panel; once confirmed, the pump will start and the valves will open. The amount pumped is calculated based on the flow meter, and once the desired loading amount is reached, the valves will automatically close and the pumping pump will stop. You can consult the manufacturer of the batch controller for this. Our company uses batch control instruments from Shanghai Yino and Nanjing Jiumao.
For the lower part, wouldn’t that mean adding a pressure-stabilizing pipeline to the tank truck, connecting it directly to the storage tank? Or should I just open the lid on top of the tank truck? Not very clear. . . Wait and learn*~
