For nitrogen-sealed storage tanks, the pressure is often very low, staying within the range of 500 Pa to 1000 Pa. How do people choose pressure transmitters for use in such tanks? The range and accuracy of ordinary pressure transmitters generally do not meet the requirements; is it then necessary to consider differential pressure transmitters? Also, when measuring the gas pressure at the top of a nitrogen-sealed tank, is it necessary to take corrosion into consideration? If the medium is highly corrosive, diaphragm-sealed pressure transmitters have lower accuracy and are not suitable for meeting the measurement requirements. I would appreciate suggestions on solutions
Why is a diaphragm pressure transmitter necessary when corrosion is a concern? Does having a flange make it resistant to corrosion?
A differential pressure transmitter will suffice. In my setup, the H end is connected to the storage tank, while the L end is connected to the atmosphere; a downward bend is placed at the L end to prevent blockages

The tank is an enamel-lined tank; the materials used are highly corrosive. Therefore, a tantalum diaphragm is required for the transmitter diaphragm. If differential pressure is used, how should the pressure lead pipe section be handled?
I checked, and a single-flange transmitter will work as well; the accuracy can reach 0.065%. Minimum range: 350 Pa.
When making your selection, choose a corrosion-resistant material or one that comes with an isolating fluid; the diaphragm does not come into direct contact with the material, so corrosion is not an issue

Why was it sent again? A single-flange pressure transmitter can achieve this. The minimum range can reach 350 Pa. You can also choose a high-precision option for accuracy.
Differential pressure should be used; whether there is corrosion depends on the medium in the tank. If corrosion is a concern, special diaphragm materials can be employed.
