I’m seeking expert advice on what type of sealing mechanism and valve structure should be used for pneumatic ball valves. What are the differences between various types? These valves are generally used with steam, water, ethane, propane, and ammonia
This mainly relates to material selection, as well as the determination of process parameters; many of these aspects can be applied universally
This question is so confusing that one has to guess; I doubt anyone can answer it.
Luxury companies use hard seals, while ordinary companies use soft seals； The steam valve core is made of 304 stainless steel coated with Stellite alloy; water (pure) uses 304 stainless steel, ethane and propane also use 304 stainless steel, while for ammonia it is best to use a material lined with Teflon
