The liquid level in the tank is measured using the siphon method and differential pressure. When the sampling tube is completely filled with liquid, the drain valve at the bottom is opened. I would like to ask whether the cooling water in the tank will fill the pipe section marked as a in the diagram?

For sinks, use an immersion-type level gauge to measure the water level – it’s simple, reliable, and free from false readings. It supports a range of 5 cm, 5 meters, and 500 meters; just drop it in and that’s it........
Section A needs an additional valve for water injection; otherwise, it definitely won’t be filled completely
First, you need to suck it out with your mouth for water to flow continuously; section a should not be filled with liquid and will contain air
