The vortex flow meter was working normally yesterday, but it started to fluctuate this morning, with values ranging from 12% to 75%. Installation was problem-free, with no noticeable vibration. Does digital optimization have any effect? How to get it to respond normally
Is it just an ordinary measurement point? With control?
Is it full? Does the fluid in the pipeline contain solids?
What is the normal flow rate? Is the operating flow rate stable? Is the jump displayed on the DCS screen or on the field gauge? Is the flow meter split or integrated? Check the parameter configuration and coaxial cable connection. Digital optimization doesn’t seem to be the key issue.
. The operating conditions are stable; it’s a split-type vortex flow meter, and there are no issues with the coaxial cable – it worked fine before as well. The measurement range is 130 tons per hour

First, verify whether the displays at the site and those on the DCS are identical to rule out issues with the remote lines and the DCS side, then check the operating conditions and the properties of the medium； Check the wiring and voltage levels ； Exclusion method, one by one.
