Is there a significant difference in quality between the XP300 and 700 models from Zhongkong?

I recently took on several projects with a high total number of points, but since the 8 units are each controlled independently, the overall number of points is reduced. During the bidding process, I chose the 300 model for the central control system, refusing to use the 700 model, on the grounds that if the number of points is below 20,000, then the 300 model is sufficient. Hollyland used the M6 KM series. As I had not used central control systems before, I wasn’t very familiar with their product lines. I wanted to understand the differences between various central control systems as well as how they compare to Hollyland’s products. In the end, the 300 model from Central Control was chosen for the project; of course, its price was low. Hollyland pointed out that only the 700 model offers the same level of functionality as their M6 series. Friends who have used them, please discuss the advantages and disadvantages of domestic operating systems. The owner runs a private enterprise; basically, all the systems are domestic, and as for PLCs, they are from Siemens and Schneider. During the bidding process, the person in charge at the control center said the price was 300 or 700, but when it came to placing the order they denied this, claiming that the price was only 300. If 300 is indeed on the lower end of acceptable prices (with both DCS providers undercutting each other’s prices), then we should demand a price of 700 before any future bidding. Is there anyone responsible for this project? How did you make the request?
The central controller is JX300XP/ECS100/ECS700. These three series correspond to mid-range, high-end, and low-end DCSes, or small, medium, and large-scale DCSes, respectively. The ECS700 is indeed designed for MACSV6+KM, so ABB’s product line is relatively more limited. You are the client; don’t indulge the other party’s unreasonable demands – be firm when it’s time to stand up for yourself.
The central control unit must be purchased at a loss, as the price difference is too large. . . I also think Allen-Bradley’s products are too limited. . .
The 300 model from Zhongkong is essentially a product that is being phased out; within Zhongkong itself, the 700 system is the one recommended. In recent years, the price of the 700 system has dropped significantly, and Zhongkong usually offers large discounts, such as 20% or 30% off. . . .
The two are not at the same price point; the 300-series systems will gradually be phased out. Some smaller manufacturers use more of the 300-series models, while larger manufacturers prefer the 100 and 700-series models. The 700-series is the system that has been promoted by manufacturers in the field of central control these past few years

For small-scale systems, the JX-300XP is a good choice; our company has used several units of it, and its stability and failure rate are quite satisfactory； The ECS-100 system is rather mediocre – it’s a waste for small systems and insufficient for large ones, in addition to having a fairly high failure rate. The 700 system, designed for large-scale use, works well and seems to be satisfactory. Additionally, it is said that the ECS-100 central control system has been phased out and is no longer being produced. On the contrary, as a supplement to the 700 system, the JX-300XP needs to be retained.
