This silicon gauge first read zero in these past few days, and its readings have been unstable; when measuring around 4 to 5 times, it sometimes reaches the full scale immediately, only to return to normal after a while, with readings of around 5 or hitting the full scale right away. The 2230 silicon gauge has been showing zero readings these past few days; the values it displays remain unstable. When measuring around 4 to 5 times, it sometimes reaches the full scale immediately, but then things improve after a while – it measures around 5 times or hits the full scale right away. We use ABB’s products, and we’ve never encountered the problem you mentioned. Just from the trend chart you shared, it seems more like no sample was taken at the maximum value
Is it the actual image of the silicon surface? No. I went to the site just in time for the readings to be good. I didn’t take any pictures of the on-site measurements either. What do you mean by saying that the maximum value you mentioned wasn’t achieved with the sample?
It’s just that the sample pump didn’t draw in the sample, right?:L
Whether the reagent has been added in sufficient amounts, whether the liquid is drained completely each time, and whether the drainage time window is correct (for reference solution and sample solution)
The sample has been inserted; all of these have been observed
Previously, the Pump couldn’t be filled with medication, but after fixing it, it can now be filled with medication. The liquid can be drained out
The drainage time is all pre-set. It’s not clear whether it was cleaned completely or not, but it can be discharged
How long have you been using this silicon watch? The rubber tube of the peristaltic pump generally needs to be replaced entirely every year (if you conduct continuous analysis)
