The Yamaku pneumatic triple-eccentric control butterfly valve now operates with pauses when opening and closing, as if something is stuck. Could someone expert help analyze what the possible reasons might be? Also, I want to disassemble the transmission mechanism. How to disassemble it?

What medium? How much pressure? How high is the temperature? What is the diameter of the butterfly valve? How long has it been in use? Answer these first before diagnosing the fault.
