Domestic zirconia analyzers

There are many manufacturers of zirconia analyzers in China, but I have never used any of them; those I’ve only heard of don’t count. The heating furnaces in our company use dry gas or natural gas, which is relatively clean. We are planning to purchase several zirconia analyzers, and we would like to use domestic brands. Could those of you who have used such devices recommend some manufacturers that offer stable and reliable products?

For things like this, to achieve its precision, frequent calibration is required. The time drift characteristic of the sensor is terrible – it smells awful, like feces, and that stench isn’t present in a regular pattern. Hehe. Since the drift is irregular, it’s not possible to use software or hardware to track and compensate for it. Therefore, if you don’t calibrate it frequently, it’s impossible to achieve its desired accuracy. It’s just a pile of shit; whether it’s sold for 3,000 or 30,000, in terms of precision, it’s still just shit, get it? .
Those from abroad are not allowed, let alone those from within the country. Hehe. . . It can’t be said that way either; if you replace the zirconia probe every month or every week, it is likely to remain functional well.
It’s mainly because this thing is essential to use; before it was available, there were no issues with the manufacturing process. But now that it’s in use, precision is required. Imported versions are more expensive, while those made locally are cleaner in quality. So we prefer to use domestic products – they only need to be calibrated once a month, and the probe can be replaced every 3 years as well!
