Regarding instrument enclosures

When using instrument junction boxes, I encounter some grounding issues; I’m seeking solutions, thank you: 1. Is a grounding jumper wire necessary? Is there a source for the standard? 2. Is it necessary to use a piece of yellow-green wire to create a connection between every two trough boxes, or does it refer to connecting the trough boxes to the support brackets (such as angle steel)? 3. How far apart should the wires that connect the trough boxes and brackets be installed? Is there a source for the standard?

The tray sections are bridged together with yellow-green wires. The entire cable tray, if it is 30 meters or less in length, needs to be grounded.
