I’m not sure about the average winter temperature where you are; is heat tracing available? Insulating foam and aluminum foil will suffice. In summer, it’s sufficient to turn off the heat tracing; there’s no need to remove the insulation.
It is used to measure steam at 300°C, and there is no heat tracing treatment at present.

If the pressure tapping pipe is short, within 1 meter, insulation alone is sufficient; if it is very long, heating must be added
