What signals are generated by on-site monitoring probes for compressor vibration, displacement, speed, and key phase—amplifiers, Bentley 3500, DCS, or rotary detection systems? For example: 0-5V voltage, 4-20mA signal. Question: 1. Signal from the probe to the amplifier? 2 From the amplifier to the 3500 signal. 3 What is the signal at point DO that results from the output of the 3500? 4 Vibration, displacement, speed, and phase signal from 3500 to DCS? 5 What signals are used in the rotation monitoring systems from 3500 to DS8000? What is the principle behind the DS8000?
The original poster can understand it by going directly to the 3500 framework. All signals entering 3500 are voltage signals; the relay cards output alarm interlock signals in the form of digital signals, while the other IO cards output signals at 4-20mA
