The Aniuoba flow meter is connected to 2 differential pressure transmitters and is operating normally. However, after about 10 days, the flow rate gradually increases until it reaches the full scale; (both differential pressure transmitters increase simultaneously). After draining and releasing the condensed liquid, liquid is re-condensed and the system is put back into use, returning to normal. Again, after about 10 days, the flow rate gradually increases until it reaches the full scale. This has happened several times; please, some expert can help solve this problem.
What is the measuring medium, and is the location of the pressure tap appropriate?
It’s used to measure steam; it has been in normal use for 2 years, and now abnormal phenomena have occurred.
Is there any leakage in the negative pressure side pressure guide tube system?

It worked fine for two years, but now it suddenly started having problems. And according to you, it’s because of condensation; getting that rid of should solve the issue. So I personally think that something must have changed. Otherwise, this wouldn’t happen. Personally, I think the most likely factors are pressure and temperature, as well as the way the pressure sensing tube is installed
The pressure transmitter should be installed above the pressure sampling point, so that even if there is condensate, it will flow back into the pipeline, preventing measurement errors. :D:D:D:D
