Everyone, pure water needs to be measured on-site using a DN20 pipe with a flow rate of around 1.1 M/S. The quality control requirements specify a tolerance of five per thousand. What type of flow meter would be suitable? A mass flow meter can meet these requirements, but its price is too high. Would a turbine or vortex flow meter work? Which one is better?:)
The liquid turbine has no problems at all, and the measurement accuracy can also be achieved. The price is also affordable

Capacitive electromagnetic flowmeters, also known as electrodeless electromagnetic flowmeters, are available from Yokogawa Electric; they belong to the CA series, and their accuracy is more than sufficient. The minimum conductivity level for which this electromagnetic flowmeter can be used is approximately 0.02 uS/cm; at 0.5 uS/cm, the accuracy can reach 0.5%
A turbine flowmeter can be chosen. It depends on the material of your pipeline: plastic uses union connections, stainless steel employs threaded connections, while sanitary types use clamp connections or flange connections. Turbines have temperature limitations; moreover, how can flow meters of the dynamic equipment type maintain accuracy over the long term? Domestically produced ones are of good quality and quite cheap; over 10,000 isn’t considered expensive
