I’ve used these several software programs, but it seems none of them were able to produce the results I wanted. The last image shows the conditions and the resulting values. I earnestly ask all the experts out there: if your software can calculate the desired values, please share it with me
Don’t you design institute even have any software?
Everything that works well is expensive...
If not, just do it by hand; the result won’t differ much either way. qmmax 273 t/h qmcom 225 t/h qmmin 135 t/h p1 13.26 Mpa (absolute pressure) t1 100 ℃ D20 233.22 mm λd 0.0000166 ℃-1 D 233.5297162 mm ρ1 825.08 kg/m3 μ 1.0551 mPa.s ReD 3.23E+05 △pcom 54048.02114 Pa Pressure difference 25 Kpa A2 0.27564678 β0 0.64611457 0.642936018 0.642930187 0.642930178 0.642930178 0.642930178 0.642930178 C0 0.607195005 0.607208288 0.607208307 0.607208307 0.607208307 0.607208307 0.607208307 d 150.143304 d20 149.9441781
The girl has chosen a software – please recommend it to me~!
If it is a design firm, it is better to purchase a legitimate computing software. The calculation results that can be found online are only for reference. Or calculate manually, but be sure to carefully review each piece of data; otherwise, the calculation errors will be too large.
This specification template is similar to LPEC’s. LPEC projects generally use Shihong software.
Write a program based on the calculation process yourself to ensure it works well. It’s just a bit ugly.
