The Rotok actuator stopped at 4%, the control room indicated abnormal valve behavior; a 250 ball valve was used, and the same electrical issues persisted on site. After manually opening the valve, operating it electrically from a remote location or locally restored normal operation. The valve was closed, and the same problem occurred when it was opened again the next day. Please ask an expert to help resolve this issue; thank you!

Everything has been tried and everything is normal; there is a pressure of 34 kilograms in the pipeline. Torque was suspected as a possible issue, but the actuator did not show any torque value.
The alarm indicates a valve position issue; it’s likely that the travel limits haven’t been set properly, so it’s recommended to reset them! ! ! !
