Instrument selection: detection switches for trucks entering the work station

The project requires that when a dump truck arrives at the unloading station, the detection switch be able to detect it; the digital signal generated by this switch is sent to the PLC to facilitate interlock functions. So which switch should be chosen? Radar-style? I couldn’t find any mature products. Magnetic induction type? Is there one with such a large detection range? The maximum is 10,000 mm. I would like to ask everyone if you have encountered similar process requirements; thank you

Infrared and photoelectric sensors are the preferred options, but due to the high level of dust in the working environment, the lenses can get covered over time, resulting in extensive maintenance requirements. I’ve also thought about parking line induction coils in road traffic; it’s just something I’ve heard about, and I’m not sure what type of sensor it is.
Well, there are many types: infrared and photoelectric ones, weight-sensing types, and magnetic sensing types. Personally, I think photoelectric and infrared systems as well as weight sensors are quite reliable
