Can the PIDEX module in ECS700 achieve constant-speed control?

These next two days, I need to develop a program for the reactor in the ECS700 control system to increase its temperature at a constant rate (5 degrees Celsius per minute). The water temperature at the outlet of the heat exchanger, TI_1001, is used to control the steam regulating valve TV_1001. I would like to ask whether the PIDEX module can be used for this purpose; if so, what parameters need to be set?； If that’s not possible, what other modules are available as alternatives?
