When setting up alarms in Allen-Bradley MACS version 6.5.2, I want to have only one type of alarm displayed on a single operator station. For example, the system has various types of alarms such as those related to temperature, pressure, and liquid level. I would like to select one of these types – pressure alarms – to be displayed on operator station 83#, while other alarms should not appear on that station. How can this be done?
Isn’t it available in the configuration? There’s an option to disable alarms; so one can just create it oneself. It’s not available in the software that comes built-in. Pay close attention
Thank you for the reply! Maybe I didn’t explain myself clearly; there are more than one operation station. What I want to achieve is that only alerts related to one specific type of instrument be sent from the 80#, 81#, 82#, and 83# operation stations.
