The upper layer of the medium is an aqueous salt solution, while the lower layer is a mixture of organic solvents that is non-conductive; the density difference between these two layers is small. Are there any suitable instruments for this purpose? I would appreciate some recommendations.

For an interfacial instrument based on the principle of buoyancy, the density difference should preferably be no less than 0.15. If a radar is used, with the dielectric constant being higher at the top and lower at the bottom, can only an inverted configuration be used? It needs to be confirmed by the instrument manufacturer. I have a relatively inexpensive product that can do the recognition. However, it can only perform point-based detection and is suitable for limit detection. Another product is more expensive; it uses mechanical scanning to detect multiple interfaces within the liquid. Could it depend on the medium’s temperature and pressure?
