Check whether there is slippage, loss of connection, or wear in the connection sleeve, key pins, and coupling between the electric actuator and the valve stem ； 2. Check that the valve packing is over-tightened and the valve stem is rusted and stuck ； 3. Impurities inside the valve body causing blockage, valve core stuck ； 4. Gear wear, slippage, and tooth breakage in the gearbox. Solution: 1. Replace the flat keys, pins, and couplings, and retighten the connections ； 2. Appropriately loosen the packing and rust-remove lubricate the valve stem ； 3. Disassemble the valve body to remove debris and grind the valve core ； 4. Disassemble the reduction gearbox to replace the gears and apply specialized lubricant.
