How is pressure measured in a fluidized medium? Currently, gas is used in the pressure sensing tube to isolate it from the medium, but the results are not particularly good. Does anyone have any good methods or recommendations?
Isn’t it just reverse blowing? The catalytic regeneration systems all use this type; it’s very accurate!
It’s a breath-holding measurement; the principle is the same as that of blowing air. If you hold your breath for a long time, it becomes very easy to determine the exact moment; blowing air out is really a rough, crude, and clumsy method :P
In the event that it’s not possible to hold back the breath for an extended period of time, as a fallback option, one can consider sacrificing some degree of real-time performance and use the bubble method to measure pressure – for example, blowing air to clear the pipeline for 1 minute, then stopping the airflow and measuring pressure for 10 minutes to obtain readings, and repeating this process. The traditional blowing method – with its concept of establishing a balance between air pressure and hydraulic pressure through bubbles – is utterly terrible and disgusting. Bubbles can’t possibly achieve any balance; if it were possible to measure pressure accurately, then I could just take out a water gun and shoot it up to the third floor without any problems. Do you really think I can pee that high? Whoever believes it is a fool. The walls of the toilets in the countryside are very low, so you can see the neighboring girls. I’ve tried hard many times to pee over those walls, but I never succeeded. It’s really hard to pick on a little lady.
It’s the reverse airflow type, the kind that uses a rotameter to determine the air volume; but problems arise when the pressure of the reverse airflow changes, as the pressure is unstable
This method is quite good; a price-sensitive solenoid valve or a timed pulse valve should work fine
