The workshop asked us to purchase some control valves, shut-off valves, and rain covers for toxic and flammable gas alarms; could any instructor provide a diagram?
Just install a canopy and that’s it. It can be a sloping surface, or it can be V-shaped. Color-coated steel plates are very common these days; you just need to get a few of them and use rebar or iron pipes to create a frame. For reference.
Consider aesthetics and fire-resistant materials. Anyone who can build metal roof sheds can handle this; just ask them to create a few simple design options for selection. But your estimate for the amount of color steel is too low. The volume of work is still large.
Just make a cover using some insulating aluminum sheeting by yourself, and that’s it.

Use an aluminum sheet cutter to fold it down from the top, then tie it tight with stainless steel wire. Cheap and effective
