When cutting the cable tray on site or making openings in it using electric or gas welding, there are no grounding jumpers for the connections of the cable tray, and no locking nuts at the points where the cable protection tubes are connected to the tray. l Analysis and prevention: l Use a cutting machine to cut the cable tray; the cut area should be repainted ； Holes in the cable tray should be made using a hole opener; this makes it easier to install pipes, reduces the risk of burrs forming, and prevents damage to the cables. The entire cable tray must be at the same potential level, so cross-grounding wires are used at the connection points. When connecting hoses to the cable tray, special connectors are used, while steel pipes are secured with locking nuts; in addition, conduit covers are installed at the pipe ends to prevent them from coming loose.
