Can a solenoid valve be used without 3C certification?

The supplier wants to push a batch of solenoids without 3C certification to us at a very low price. Can this be used without a 3C certification?
If you work in engineering and aren’t afraid of being held accountable later, then just decide as you see fit； If you are a business owner or an IT administrator for a company, you cannot do this; it’s pure trouble-making, and moreover, the risk level is very high.
