I would like to ask everyone: are there any specified requirements for personnel inspections regarding the major hazard sources identified within the plant (Level 1 and Level 4)? How often is it advisable to conduct inspections

In some places, there are explicit regulations requiring a minimum of 2 hours per session; it is advisable to consult the local safety authorities for details. Most organizations set the time limit at 2 hours per session, while some private companies allow 1 hour per session.

“Guidelines for the Identification and Rectification of Safety Risks and Hazards in Hazardous Chemical Enterprises” (2019). 3.2.1 specifies that \"(1) The interval between on-site inspections by plant operators must not exceed 2 hours; for those operating production and storage plants or units that fall under the category of ‘two key items and one major item’, the interval between on-site inspections must not exceed 1 hour\"”
