After replacing the flow integrator in the gas orifice plate flow meter, significant deviations occurred; the accumulated data differed from that of the original meter by two orders of magnitude. No abnormalities were found in the parameter settings after checking them. Have you encountered a similar situation again, with the supplier also failing to provide a reasonable solution?
Was it replaced with the same model? Check carefully to see if there’s an error in some step.
Check whether temperature and pressure compensation has been applied, whether the formulas are consistent, whether the parameter settings are the same, and whether the instrument coefficients are identical； Additionally, the A/D conversion sections of the two flow integrators may also differ (but not by such a large margin); a standard signal can be used to check whether correction is possible.

The density is calculated based on real-time temperature and pressure, and the flow rate under standard conditions is manually determined by taking into account the real-time differential pressure, which is then compared with the value indicated by the integrator
