Electrical and instrumentation maintenance for PDH units

A 400,000-ton propylene dehydrogenation unit is undergoing electrical and instrumentation maintenance. I would like to ask fellow professionals: are there any risks associated with such maintenance, and are those risks controllable?
. . . I can speak. . . Will it explode if not maintained properly?:P
There are dehydrogenation devices inside, and there might indeed be risks :(
All of these 660,000 tons are in operation – what do you suggest I do?

Even lying in bed at home poses risks. You know, the vast majority of people die in their beds. Eating also comes with risks: some people have died from fish bones getting stuck in their throats; others, drunk, have fallen into ditches. Many people develop high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar due to eating too much and too well. There are countless risks involved. Chemical plants all have relevant safety regulations, and these regulations must be followed.

Meters designed with safety in mind are recommended to be calibrated at least once a year. All relevant types of chain valves, instruments, and accessories have been thoroughly inspected. Keep proper records; the instrument configuration should take into account both safety and cost, with redundancy built in. For DCS-designed SIS interlocks, a loop test must be conducted once a year. And make relevant records for future reference. For instrument selection, opt for imported brands such as Yokogawa, or those of mid-range or higher quality. Avoid using some branded or low-quality meters. Anyway, make sure to perform preventive maintenance on the instruments. Spending money and effort can ensure intrinsic safety, but there is no absolute safety
