I would like to ask what insulation materials are commonly used for the outer diameter of the pressure transmitter pressure lead 14?
It depends on the medium inside your pressure gauge tube. If it’s water, then maintaining a temperature of around 25°C is sufficient. There is a type of insulation material that is quite effective; it’s called PTFE tubing. It has a smooth outer surface, side openings, and a layer of glass fiber wrapped around it, with two coats of anti-corrosion paint applied.
If it is a dry gas, insulation is not necessary. For freeze protection, specialized insulating materials with high-density foam molding or materials like glass wool should be used. However, an electric heating tape must be attached inside, and the outer layer of the insulation material should be covered with a waterproof material. For reference.
