Patent abstract: This utility model relates to the field of fluid metering in chemical production, and specifically discloses a feed metering system that includes a feed pipeline, a bypass pipeline, as well as a mass flow meter and a shut-off valve installed on the feed pipeline. Temporary pipelines are arranged upstream and downstream of the mass flow meter, and these temporary pipelines are connected to the feed pipeline. This feed metering system enables online calibration of the mass flow meter by connecting it to a calibrated standard flow meter through the temporary pipelines ； Or, the mass flow meter can be calibrated online by measuring the cumulative amount of material over a short period of time. At the same time, the design of the bypass pipeline allows the material to flow around the mass flow meter, enabling the system to undergo maintenance or the replacement of the flow meter while it is still in operation, without the need to shut down the system. It is also possible to verify the effectiveness of the repairs online, without any need for disassembly, which greatly simplifies the process. This improvement not only ensures the accuracy of flow measurement but also enhances the ease of use of the system and production continuity. Since the beginning of this year, Jilin Carbon Valley has obtained 7 new patent approvals. Based on the company’s financial figures for the first half of 2025, the company invested 39.3064 million yuan in research and development during this period, representing a year-on-year increase of 57.98%.
