It hasn’t been taken out of the furnace for a long time (over 48 hours), and the pressure in the gas collection pipe can’t be maintained; it’s low. How can the pressure in the gas collection pipe be kept?
Lowering the blower speed, enabling the large circulation mode, or reducing the blower inlet valve all work
The fan has stopped running; in other words, all the equipment has ceased to function. Due to planned major maintenance, including the replacement of gas pipelines and the cleaning of tower equipment.
Maintain pressure with steam; if the coking time exceeds 48 hours, close the rising pipe valve and reduce the valve opening of the negative pressure pipeline
Add more steam inside; there’s no other way. If possible, cover the upper part of the gas collection pipe with asbestos cloth to prevent excessive heat loss. High steam consumption.
