Can the water balance of the entire coking plant be maintained after full dry quenching?

Now, **coking plants are required to adopt full dry quenching. Once full dry quenching is implemented, can a full level balance be achieved across the entire plant? If there is excess water, in addition to being used for sprinkling, it can be sprayed back onto the coke, which will increase the moisture content in the coke. Can this help consume up the remaining water?
It’s definitely not possible; there’s already very little coking water, and most of what exists is used to make up for the wastewater shortage.
