High water flow rate during washing results in excessive noise

Gentlemen, our water washing flow rate is 1,000 tons per hour, and there is extremely loud noise at the control valve. Do you have any good solutions?
Are you a newly opened facility? It seems there are still quite a few problems. The low flow rate of the wash water results in a small opening of the valve, which in turn generates excessive noise; you can try opening the bypass line of the control valve slightly.
The traffic volume is very high for us; the secondary line has been used and is now useless
The flow rate here isn’t high at all; the normal flow rate for water washing is over 2000, and yours is less than half of that. The auxiliary line doesn’t work either; it might be a problem with the valve.
The problem should be resolved by appropriately reducing the flow of the upstream and downstream shut-off valves, without affecting the overall flow rate
