On August 20, news came from Dongfang Electric Group Co., Ltd. stating that the \"Huayi Gasifier\", the world’s largest dry coal powder radiation waste boiler process gasifier, has been developed by Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group. It is reported that each unit of this equipment weighs over 1,200 tons, has a total length of more than 52 meters, and can handle 3,200 tons of coal per day; it is currently the largest dry coal powder radiant waste boiler-type gasifier in the world. The structure of this equipment (especially its internal components) is extremely complex, its manufacturing is difficult, and the production timeline is tight. Its successful production marks a significant breakthrough for Dongfang Boiler in the manufacturing of radiation waste boiler gasifiers, demonstrating the company’s strong manufacturing capabilities in this sector.
